Just a few things we’re loving right this very moment.
1. Non-humid NYC summer days
2. Pineapple print
3. Floral anything & everything – Hello Again Vintage bodysuit, $12
4. Acai bowls
5. Crop tops
7. Freshly cut grass smell
9. White on white
10. Water! Drinking it. Swimming in it. Playing in it. And just being near it.
Hope you’re having a grand ‘ol summer!

A must-have when traveling is to hit up the local flea market of whatever city/town I’m in. Imagine my delight when I learned of the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet. It turned out to be more of a tourist haven for souvenirs than an indie or vintage hotspot, but it was fun regardless. Not to mention, I found some gems for quite the bargain. Floral everything, fresh coconut juice, and watching tikis being carved were the highlights of this flea market trip.
P.S. Snuck in a couple of shots from the luau we went to. Just because.
One of the few signage at the swap meet was on this garbage can. It was quite charming. I like the font.
I had been looking all over for fresh coconut juice straight out the coconut and I finally found it here!
This was such a pretty piece in person.
With my best friend and the groom!
On the way to the airport – fitting in one last Hawaiian treat! (while my legs blend in with the scenery)
Aloha! I miss you already Hawaii.

Way overdue for a blog post and so much has been going on that I don’t know where to begin! I’ve been MIA partly because of some vacation time in Hawaii for a friend’s wedding. It was my first time and safe to say, I’m in love! Hawaii is such a beautiful place it’s no wonder my friends chose it as their nuptial destination. Being the tourists that we are, we stayed in Waikiki as we wanted to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but still drove up to the North Shore almost everyday for wedding activities and some serene, breathtaking views. We all left obsessed with the food, culture, environment, people, history, etc. No one wanted to leave. Surprisingly, I’ve come back rejuvenated with motivation, albeit with some jetlag here and there. Here’s part 1 of my photo journal:
There is nothing like a midsummer party in the beautiful outdoors. Catching up with friends. Dancing under the trees. Noshing on grilled goodies. Warm breezes. Sunsets. And mason jars. Here’s our fave pairing inspired by summer nights.
